Since becoming editor, he has relaunched The Caterer’s website and digital subscription offer, created the Caterer Insight market trend reports, introduced new training events and delivered a celebratory 140th anniversary issue for the brand.
He has more than 15 years’ experience working in print and digital communications, previously delivering compelling paid-for content and helping global FMCG brands, independent retailers and their suppliers grow sales in the UK’s £38bn convenience retail industry.
Prior to joining Jacobs Media Group, he spent six years as editor of RN, a 130-year-old weekly trade magazine for independent convenience retailers. From 2015, he was also publisher of Better Wholesaling, a market-leading trade communications brand for senior leaders of the UK foodservice and grocery wholesale industry.
