Amadeus technology has unparalleled access to the travel marketplace and is an industry leader in research and trend identification, especially in the premium sector. To supplement and endorse its findings it needed access to a group of industry experts to verify and discuss the identified trends.
What We Did
Through a series of Connections Luxury events, Amadeus staff have been given the opportunity to conduct focus groups with the international delegation of luxury travel agents and operators, discussing their findings and gathering feedback to help shape the direction of their research.
The research paper is sub-contracted, written and visually designed and produced by Travel Weekly Group.

The focus groups have helped shape a series of ongoing reports including Shaping the Future of Luxury Travel: Future Traveller Tribes 2030, which highlights the challenges and opportunities in this pioneering segment.
Following the report Travel Weekly Group will produce a series of ‘Travel Leader: talking heads interviews’ videos on a global basis, which will be used in all Travel Weekly communication channels.
